We provide a range of services including, but not limited to, cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, and wellness injections. All medical aesthetic treatments are performed by licensed and qualified healthcare professionals in compliance with the regulatory standards of the Province of Ontario.
Prior to receiving any medical aesthetic treatment, clients are required to undergo a consultation to assess their suitability for the proposed procedure. During the consultation, potential risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes will be discussed. Written informed consent is required before any treatment is administered. You have the right to ask questions and to decline any treatment at any time.

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness services, refunds are generally not available once a treatment has been performed. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable terms.
